Messaging Terms

Text messaging is not active. We do not send text messages. We will not text you, and nothing below applies to you, until we start a text program and announce it on this page. The sections below set out the rules that program will follow, so you can read them in advance. Before the first text goes out, we will replace this notice with the start date and change the effective date above.

Two Valley Intelligence will text only people who have contacted us first, and only for customer care: replies to a request you made to us, and messages about a call you book with us. Every text will name Two Valley Intelligence as the sender and will come from a U.S. phone number that we publish on this page before the first text is sent. We will not send marketing or promotional texts. Agreeing to receive texts will never be required to contact us or to buy anything from us.

How you opt in will be described on this page before the program starts, together with the exact wording you will be asked to agree to.

Message frequency varies with your request, and we plan to keep it to five texts or fewer per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Once the program starts, reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE will all work, and so will telling us in any other reasonable way. After you opt out we will send one text confirming it and nothing else. To start again, reply START. Until the program starts there is nothing to opt out of, because we are not texting anyone.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or rent your phone number or your text-message opt-in data, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing. See our privacy policy for what we keep and how long.

If these terms change, this page changes first, and the effective date above shows when it last did.
